How to Request Your Transcripts, High School Records and Testing

Current High School Students

  • You can request a transcript by contacting the registrar directly in office, via email, phone or fax.  All requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.  There is no fee for your transcripts.

  • Official Transcript:  An official transcript contains the high school’s embossed stamp, and must remain sealed. Most colleges, universities and military require an official copy of your high school transcript.

  • Unofficial Transcript:  An unofficial transcript does not include an embossed stamp, and is usually used to obtain a G.E.D. or for personal use.

  • How to read your transcript

Alumni/Former High School Students

  • You can request your transcripts online through Parchment Exchange for a fee of $4.15. This is a safe, paperless, and quick way to send transcripts directly to the destination of your choice.

  • For other inquiries you can email, fax, or phone directly to the registrar.

  • Transcripts Fee – $5.00 each when not using parchment

  • Other Record Copies – $0.20 per page
