The Agriculture programs in Modesto City Schools prepares students for a wide range of careers in the agricultural industry—one of the region’s most vital economic sectors. Through hands-on learning, leadership opportunities, and industry partnerships, students gain practical skills and real-world experience in areas such as Agriscience, Animal Science, Plant and Soil Science, and Agricultural Mechanics. Each pathway provides students with opportunities to earn certifications, manage student projects, participate in FFA activities, and apply classroom learning to real agricultural environments.
