How to Request Your Transcripts, High School Records and Testing

Current High School Students

You can request a transcript by contacting the registrar directly in person, via email, phone or fax.  All requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.  There is no fee for your transcripts.

Official Transcript: 

An official transcript contains the high school’s embossed stamp and must remain sealed. Most colleges, universities and military require an official copy of your high school transcript.

Unofficial Transcript: 

An unofficial transcript does not include an embossed stamp and is usually used to obtain a G.E.D. or for personal use.

Alumni/Former High School Students

You can request your transcripts online through Parchment at this link (www.parchment.com) for a fee of $4.15. This is a safe, paperless, and quick way to send transcripts directly to the destination of your choice.

For other inquiries you can email, fax, or phone directly to the registrar.

Transcripts Fee:

  • $5.00 each when not using parchment

Other Record Copies:

  • $0.20 per page
